Combining Naturopathy, the science of natural living, with yoga, she creates a safe and healthy environment for anyone, any age and at any level. Dr. Anderson creates individualized programs specifically addressing the needs, abilities and goals of the individual.
The approach is holistic in that Doctor Lynn takes into account the entire lifestyle and health of the individual. As well as stretching, balancing and strengthening exercises; breathing, meditation, light and color therapy, aromatherapy, herbology, movement and personal perspectives are addressed. Teaching individuals to relax and release tension is a large part of wellness. Yoga therapy focuses on balance, flexibility and strength.
